Summer Staff

The nurturing, caring for, and development of over 400 campers each summer means that we at Camp Ramah work to hire over 200 staff members to create the “best summer ever” summer after summer. Most of our staff were campers themselves; they experienced the magic of growing up at Ramah and want to create unforgettable memories, carry on traditions, and build mentorship for their own campers. Every summer, Ramah hires a cohort of Israeli emissary staff to bring a taste of Israel to the Poconos mountains, and we take a multi-generational approach to camp staffing so that your child will see young adults, college graduates, parents, and grown families as part of their camp community.
