To finish the employment process, please complete and return the following forms, which are available in your CampInTouch account under Forms & Documents (link below form table). All forms must be uploaded to your CampInTouch account in PDF format within 6 weeks of receiving your contract. Information about form requirements can be found in the table below.

Your​ contract must be signed electronically.

Payroll Forms
  • W-4 - Required every year. Social Security Number is required, and you must put home address, not college address. Additionally, for questions about your W4, please reach out to your accountant or parental figure for help. For NEW international staff, you will complete this form at camp.
  • Passport - Passport photos are required for ALL international staff. You cannot be paid without one uploaded.
  • I-9 & Government Issued Photo ID - Required every year.
  • Social Security Card (New international staff complete at camp)- A US government nine-digit number issued to United States citizens, permanent residents, and temporary residents.
